Does the 7 Day Free Trial Include Everything?
Absolutely! We want you to experience the full capabilities of Rise Up Creatives before you invest a penny. If our community isn’t a good fit for you, feel free to cancel your membership before your trial expires, and you’ll never be charged. Otherwise, keep enjoying all the resources, training, and connection, and you’ll simply pay $27 each month – beginning at the end of your trial period. Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time.
Is Rise Up Creatives Accessible Via Smartphone?
Our monthly image themes and customizable captions are available via all devices, but the Rise Up Creatives Graphic Design Studio is only available on a laptop/desktop computer running Windows or Mac OS X. It is not available on mobile devices or non-Windows/Mac operating systems.
How Do I Cancel?
Your Rise Up Creatives membership can be cancelled at any time, but there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers of membership. Upon cancellation, you will only have access to the website and Rise Up Creatives Facebook group until the date of your next scheduled payment, which can be found under “My Subscription” by looking at the “Next payment date.” Please note – if you do not download your content, you will no longer have access after your subscription runs out.
