March 2021 Release

01: Marching to Your Own Beat

Category: Inspirational

Right, left, right, left, right, left. That’s the sound of feet marching to the beat of what’s considered “normal” in our world, but you aren’t normal, are you? You have a unique way of looking at the world, and I love that about you!

I know it’s tempting to “stay in line” with everyone else, but our world needs you to step out and express yourself.

Don’t give in to the ___________ (fear of being different, anxiety of standing out, stress of being called out).

One of the ways I march to the beat of my own drum is ________________________ (how I raise my kids, how I market my business, how I take care of my health), and this has allowed me to ______________________ (experience tremendous growth, feel more at home in myself, cultivate a life I truly love).

If you’re marching (or should I say dancing) to your own rhythm, drop your favorite emoji. I’ll dance with you!

Photo Ideas: Your own March calendar or planner, you dancing by yourself or with your kids/friends.

02: An Added Touch

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

That added touch! You know it when you see it, right? It’s the hand of the barista adding a touch of whimsy on your latte. It’s the handwritten card from your ____________ (hair stylist, realtor, friend) expressing their appreciation. It’s the beautiful packaging of the handmade ____________ (candle, purse, necklace) you purchased from a mompreneur.

That added touch says, “I care about you, and I’m committed to creating beauty in the world.”

When it comes to my ___________ (life, business, relationships, style), I love to add an extra touch of ___________ (love, beauty, hope, peace, whimsy) to the way I ____________________________ (look people in the eye, invest in the quality of my products, send a special gift that’s specific to my client). The best part is when I hear how it impacted someone’s life.

What “added touch” have you experienced recently?

Photo Ideas: An added touch you’ve experienced recently, an example of an added touch you offer in your business.

03: Live In The Now

Category: Inspirational

To “live” is so much more than simply remaining alive. Eleanor Roosevelt writes, “The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”

How am I tasting each experience to the utmost – as she says?

Recently, I _______________________ (took a walk in the park, enjoyed a boat ride, held my precious newborn, cooked a scrumptious meal), and I took an extra moment to ____________________ (take in the experience, smell the beautiful flowers, enjoy the taste of each bite).

I started to think…what if every moment could be lived like this? What if I could be present to the magic and wonder of the moment? How would that make my life even richer?

And, what if I could plan new and rich experiences in my life? Oooooh. If you could reach out eagerly and without fear, what new experience would you want to have this week? (I’ll go first in the comments.)

Photo Ideas: You with your family or friends, you contemplating the moment, a recent experience that you write about in the caption.

04: Morning Pages

Category: Behind the Scenes

Have you ever woken up with unending thoughts swirling in your brain? Take this morning, for instance!

The moment my eyes popped open, I couldn’t help but think about ____________________ (everything surrounding my upcoming launch, the kids’ homework and their upcoming projects, planning a birthday party), and I started to feel _______________ (anxiety, overwhelm, panicky).

In moments like this, the best thing I can do is reach for my journal. I don’t know how you feel about the whole “morning pages” thing that Julia Cameron teaches, but getting it out of my head and down on paper is magical.

Just by taking a few minutes for some stream of consciousness writing, my heart is ______________, my mind is ______________, and my body starts to feel __________________.

I’m not sure I’d ever want these pages to be published for the world to see, but it’s one of the ways that I _______________ (stay sane, feel grounded, clarify my priorities).

Have you tried journaling in moments like these? What has been your experience?

Photo Ideas: Your journal and favorite pen, a page within your journal, or you writing in your journal.

05: Fresh Start to the Day

Category: My Why

“Why am I even doing this?” It’s the question I ask myself in moments when ________________ (everything feels overwhelming, something goes sideways with a client, I can’t figure something out).

Seriously, why AM I doing this?

On good days, I actually stop to catch my breath and remind myself. The reason why I got into ___________________ (your business) is because I am passionate about ____________________. I love _____________, _____________, and ______________.

In that moment, it’s like I get a FRESH start! Sure, the stress is still there, but I approach the situation motivated by my deep-down “why” – not from a place of struggle.

How about you? Why do you do what you do?

Photo Ideas: You exhaling in front of a mirror, the word “Why?” written in your own handwriting.

06: Where Are You Headed?

Category: Product/Service

Have you ever jumped on a bike and taken off with no plan or direction? I think the last time I did that was ______________ (when I was a kid, when I was on vacation, when my kids led the way on a bike ride).

It can be relaxing for a few minutes, but ultimately, I start asking, “Where are we going?”

That’s the question I want ask you today…where are you going with your _______________ (your industry – health, business, relationships)? Do you have a step-by-step plan to help you get there? If not, I’d love to help!

Through my _____________ (product/service name), I help ________________ (name your ideal client) overcome _________________ (name their problem, pain point, or desire) so that you can ____________________ (name desired result).

If that sounds like the direction you want to go with your ________________ (health, business, relationships, etc.), then _______________ (shoot me a DM, go to my website, email me). Can’t wait to join you on your journey!

Photo Ideas: You on a bike, city streets, an open road, a trail.

07: Into the Forest

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

It’s hard to be stressed out when you’re surrounded by nature. All of the _________________ (anxieties of life, stress over finances, unending to-do lists) seem to fade away as the trees sway back and forth in the breeze.

It’s like nature welcomes us into her arms to say, “______________________.” (It’s going to be okay. Just unplug for a bit. Slow down and feel the peace.)

Anne Lamott writes, “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.”

My favorite place to be surrounded by nature and unplug is the _____________________ (ocean, beach, park, hiking trail, mountains). In those moments, I feel like ____________________ (everything else just fades away, I’m grounded once again, I can simply be present in the moment).

What about you? Where’s your favorite place to unplug in nature?

Photo Ideas: Ocean, hiking trail, tree, or you in nature.

08: Already Worthy

Category: Inspirational

You are already worthy. Do you believe that? That message isn’t just for other people. It’s for you!

You are already worthy of ______________ (great health, an intimate relationship, a thriving business). Sure, all those things take effort and intentionality to experience, but there’s no question of your worth.

Because you’ve been created by ____________ (the Divine, Universe, God), you have inherent value just by being alive. You are inspired. You are loved. You are enough.

When I started embracing my worth, I began to __________________ (experience more confidence, attract new clients, step into my calling, live out my purpose), and I was surprised by _________________.

Here’s the truth…YOU ARE WORTHY! You don’t need to be or do anything else to be “worth” any more. If you believe this, type “I am already worthy” in the comments below. I’ll go first!

Photo Ideas: Looking straight into the camera, writing “you are already worthy” in the sand/dirt/snow or on paper.

09: Moments No One Sees

Category: Behind the Scenes

Pretty pictures are fun to look at, but real life is more about what’s happening behind the scenes. I don’t know about you, but I don’t always have _______________ (an organized desk, my day planned ahead, perfect makeup, a spotless house). More often than not, you’ll find ________________ (me wearing sweats and my hair in a bun, my kitchen piled high with last night’s dishes, me scurrying to help them get their homework done).

Let’s talk about yesterday for a moment. I woke up and _______________ (describe your day behind the scenes with the ups, downs, twists, and turns).

If you’re wondering if other people struggle to __________________ (stay on top of everything, eat healthy every single meal, have it all together), then stop wondering! I’m here to tell you…we all struggle with our own stuff.

Tag me in a story showing your behind-the-scenes life. I wanna see!

Photo Ideas: Messy desk, dirty kitchen, out of control moment, just waking up.

10: Calculating the Cost

Category: Benefits to You

Serious talk for a moment. What if you don’t ________________ (experience a breakthrough in your health, don’t start that new business, get your finances under control) in the next 6-12 months? What will that be like?

Six months from now, how will you feel if things are exactly the same as they are now? Frankly, that’s the cost of NOT working with me.

Yes, there’s always an investment of time and money when you want __________________ (a step-by-step plan to make things easier, the support of a dedicated coach/consultant to walk with you, a proven system that will help you get the results you want). The question is, which cost do you want to experience? Investing in getting the help you need or feeling the weight of not making a change in your ______________ (life, health, finances, business)?

Within ______________ (# of weeks or months), you’ll start to experience ________________ (share the anticipated results), and no doubt you’ll be feeling ________________ (less stress, excited, proud of yourself) when you see the progress.

If you’re ready to start seeing those kind of results, reach out to me ______________ (with a DM or email, by scheduling a call). Talk soon?

Photo Ideas: Your product or service, smiling client or customer.

11: The Power of New Office Supplies

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

Why is it that I suddenly feel more motivated by the thought of new office supplies? It’s like those colorful notepads and pens are going to suddenly skyrocket my level of focus!

I think it’s that same feeling of getting supplies before heading back to school every year. Fresh pencils, a pencil bag, notebooks, and a new backpack! When I was a kid, my absolute favorite thing was my ________________ (describe a favorite lunch box, backpack, folder, or pen).

These days, I’m more excited by ___________________ (clipboard, special pen, new computer).

Two things come to mind:

  1. I don’t need these supplies to be motivated. I can find the motivation to ______________ (get started, keep going, finish the project) by returning to my “why” – the reason why I’ve __________________ (gotten into this business, chosen to help people, decided to dedicated myself to this).
  2. New supplies CAN be super fun! Let’s face it. A fresh notebook and fancy pen are invigorating, and I can’t deny it. Ha!

How about you? What office supply do you absolutely love? Tell us!

Photo Ideas: Your favorite office supplies, you as a kid with new school supplies.

12: You Are Where You Need to Be

Category: Behind the Scenes

It’s so easy to feel like we’re behind? Amiright?!?! We compare ourselves to ______________ (another mom/dad, a Photoshopped influencer, the seemingly perfect life of a friend) on social media, and the wave of funky feelings start to drown the peace within us.

It’s funny how comparison does that. What if we could say to ourselves…?

“You are where you need to be.” Say it again. “You are where you need to be.”

How would life be different if we truly believed that? Would you feel like _________________ (things are more manageable, life is going to be okay, you’re needed by someone in this moment)?

I’m definitely guilty of wanting to skip the ______________ (growth process, hard experiences, lessons I need to learn) in order to __________________ (experience the end result, reach my goal, celebrate the transformation), but life doesn’t usually work that way.

When I think back to _______________ (a challenging season of your life), I’m reminded that each step of the way ____________________ (helped me become who I am today, transformed the way I looked at life, pushed me to grow like never before).

So…wherever you are…you’re okay…you’re right where you need to be. Take in the experience. Learn from it. Keep going.

Photo Ideas: A retro photo of you or from when you first started your business.

13: Dreaming About the Future

Category: Product/Service

Remember when “daydreaming” was seen as a bad thing back in elementary school? “Stop daydreaming, and get to work,” a teacher may have said to you. What if we’ve lost the art of daydreaming for the sake of external busyness?

What if we daydreamed more?

Jim Rohn writes, “Ask yourself, ‘How long am I going to work to make my dreams come true?’ I suggest you answer, ‘As long as it takes.’”

The challenge with dreaming is when that’s all we do. If you want to _________________ (name the result your business offers), then it’s going to take intentionality and action. As they say, a dream without action is simply a wish.

That’s why I love coming alongside _________________ (name ideal client) who are wanting ________________ (name the result your ideal client wants). When I hear how ________________ (name of your product/service) has helped someone, it fills my heart with joy.

Listen to what _________ (client name) has to say… (insert short testimonial).

If you’re ready to get similar results with your ________________ (health, business, relationships, etc.), then _______________ (shoot me a DM, go to my website, email me). We can do this together!

Photo Ideas: Vision board, you daydreaming or looking into the distance.

14: Dream, Plan, Do

Category: Benefits to You

A blank sheet of paper can be both exhilarating and terrifying all at once. If I’m willing to open my heart and allow it to flow through my brain and down onto the page, there’s a greater chance I can dream, plan, and do ___________________ (whatever is needed to reach my goal, the hard work to overcome my challenges, everything I can to take things to the next level).

What holds you back from putting the pen to paper?

Is it the fear of ______________ (failure, success, what others will think, wasting time)? Or, is it the fear of __________________?

I know that feeling, and I want to invite you to join me in pushing through. I’m not asking you to disregard your feelings of ______________ (anxiety, stress, overwhelm), but feel them and keep walking forward.

You’re not alone. One of the amazing things about working with me is that I’ll help you overcome _________________ (your client’s problem or pain point) and ultimately experience ________________ (name the desired result). I’ll be with you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to put pen to paper and start dreaming, planning, and doing, I’m here for you. Reach out with a _______ (DM, email, call), and let’s talk about how you can get what you truly want.

Photo Ideas: Pen and paper, page from you journal, list of goals.

15: Sweet Tooth

Category: My Life

Confession…I have quite a sweet tooth. _______________ (cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pastries) are one thing, but my absolute favorite is _________________!

There’s nothing like ______________________ (describe why you like your favorite) from _______________ (the restaurant or person who makes it best).

What about you? What’s your favorite sweet treat?

Photo Ideas: Your favorite sweet treat, photo of you baking.

16: Forever Thankful, Always Grateful

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

You know what can turn a frown upside down quicker than anything? Make a list of everything you’re grateful for.

The comparison and stress start to fade away as we turn our attention to all the wonderful things we already have in our lives. Sure, everyone says family and health and blah, blah, blah. Those are good, but I find that when I slow down and express my thanks for even the smallest of things, all the stuff I was worried about starts to evaporate.

If you’re having a hard time making a list, start with the basic stuff and work your way up.

I’m thankful for _________________ (breath in my lungs, hands to type these words, feet that can carry me, a new day of possibilities).

In reality, thankfulness is simply wanting what you have. When I want what I have, I cultivate peace in my life…and lower my strife. It doesn’t mean that I can’t also want to ____________ (grow my business, better my health, increase my income, cultivate better relationships), but it empowers me to come from a place of abundance, rather than lack.

What are you thankful for today? List one thing in the comments. I can’t wait to hear!

Photo Ideas: Photo of what you’re grateful for.

17: St. Patrick’s Day

Category: Holiday – March 17th

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Are you wearing green? I planned ahead, and I’m wearing green _______________ (shirt, pants, hat, necklace, earrings). If I see you without green, I may pinch you.

According to folklore, you get pinched on St. Patrick’s day for not wearing green, because green makes you invisible to leprechauns. And, of course, leprechauns like to pinch people! (Kids love that of course.)

What do you have planned for today? Drinking green beer, baking a shepherd’s pie, or eating corned beef and cabbage?

I plan to ________________ (share your plans).

Drop a green emoji, and tell me what you’re up to.

Photo Ideas: St. Patrick’s Day decorations, clovers.

18: What’s It Take to Grow?

Category: Benefits to You

What does it take for a plant to grow? Can you remember all the way back to middle school science class? Let me refresh your memory. Sunlight, water, air, proper temperature, and nutrients.

How coincidental! That’s what it takes for you and I to grow as well. (Actually, you could probably do without sunlight, but let’s not try that.)

When it comes to your ____________ (internal, spiritual, financial, business, relational) growth, what does it take?

As I’ve worked with clients/customers over the past ______ (#) years, I’ve found that there are three main things required…

  1. ___________________
  2. ___________________
  3. ___________________

If one of those things is missing, growth is going to be ____________ (slower, more difficult, near impossible). That’s why having a coach/consultant that provides a step-by-step plan is so critical. Think about any high-performance athlete, and you’ll always find them supported by a coach. In fact, the more elite the athlete, the more coaches are usually involved in their lives…not less.

Do you have someone who is helping you experience tremendous growth month after month? If not, let’s chat! I’d love to support you. Reach out to me via ________ (DM, email, call), and let’s see how I can support you.

Photo Ideas: Plant on your desk or in your yard, you watering a plant.

19: When Life Gives You Lemons

Category: Inspirational

The old adage goes, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” That’s fine, but sometimes I’m just ____________ (disappointed, pissed off, ticked off, sad, angry) and don’t feel like being Miss/Mr. Positive.

Here are a couple of alternatives: “When life gives you lemons…”

“Chunk it right back.” Bill Watterson

“Order the lobster tail.” Ziad Abdelnour

“Plant its seeds, grow yourself an orchard, sell it to Sunkist. Carry on.” José Harris

“Make sure you know whose eyes you need to squeeze them in.” Colleen Hoover

“Make lemonade. Then figure out how to sell it for $5.00 a glass” John Woodman

I came up with my own! When life gives you lemons, _____________________.

How about you? Give it your best shot in the comments!

Photo Ideas: Lemonade, lemon tree.

20: Catch More With Honey

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

You’ve heard it said, “You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.” First of all, why are we trying to catch flies? Kill them, yes. Catch them, no. (Did I just offend fly lovers? My apologies.)

Despite the __________ (gross, weird, awkward) saying, let’s run with it for a moment!

How easy is it to be ____________ (irritated, frustrated, short-tempered) with ____________ (family, friends, coworkers, your boss, difficult customers) when they’re not acting the way I want?

In these moments, I like to ask myself, “What positive outcome do I really want in this situation? What’s my ultimate desire?” Now that I’m clear on what I truly want, I can go about using ‘honey’ to work toward that result.

____________________ (anger, harsh words, gossip, passive aggressiveness) are more like vinegar, and that’s not going to get me very far. Instead, I have the opportunity to use _________________ (clear communication, clear boundaries, taking responsibility for my actions, apologizing when necessary) to act like honey and attract the positive outcome.

What do you want more of in your life? Honey or vinegar…it’s your choice.

Photo Ideas: Honey bottle/jar, honey on food, honey bees, bee on a flower.

21: Everything Is Unfolding Perfectly

Category: Inspirational

Everything is unfolding perfectly – including you. Does that set you at ease? Or, do you disagree?

In his 1920’s prose poem, Desiderata, Max Ehrmann wrote, “You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.”

Think back to a time when you would have benefitted from hearing this.

For me, it would be around age _____ when _______________ (my parents divorced, I went through a painful breakup, I lost my job). Although I don’t wish for anyone to go through that I can see that I _______________ (learned so much, developed grit and resilience, overcame my greatest challenges, have healed from the experience).

Everything is unfolding perfectly – including you. If you could say this to someone right now, who would it be? Tag them in the comments and tell them how much you’re cheering them on.

Photo Ideas: Origami, sunrise, sunset.

22: It All Starts With a Seed

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

We oooh and aaaah over beautiful flowers, because we’re enamored by the end result…the blossoms. What we don’t see is the small seed that was watered over time. The truth is that every beautiful bloom starts with a seed. The same is true in life.

We see someone else’s bloom, and we compare it to our little seed.

It’s tempting for me to look at _____________ (someone else’s social media following, gorgeous website, or perfect body), and it can make me feel _____________. The truth is that we’re all on our own journey, and the blooms will come in time. In this season, I’m focused on__________________.

What will you do today to water the seed of your __________ (business, life, career, health, relationships)? Tell me!

Photo Ideas: Flowers in a vase, flower petals.

23: On My Second Cup

Category: My Life

Do you remember your first cup of coffee? I don’t mean your first cup today! I mean your first cup…ever.

My first taste of coffee was when __________________ (tell the story), and I __________________ (loved it, hated it, spit it out).

Some people can’t live without it, and I’m ______________ (one of those people, not one of those people). I usually have __________________ (describe the type of coffee, what you put in it, and how much you drink).

What about you? Do you like it black or full of cream and sugar? We’re dying to know!

Photo Ideas: Your favorite mug, your drinking coffee, pouring cream and sugar in.

24: Spa Time

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

Self-care may be an overused term these days, but the practice of caring for yourself definitely isn’t. Can I get a show of hands…who wants more time ___________ (reading a good book, resting in a sauna, getting a massage)? Me, too!

What’s my excuse for not taking more time for myself? Well, um, maybe ___________ (everything I have to do for my business, everything with the kids, I put everyone else first)…

What’s the cost? Hmmm, probably ______________ (my physical health, my mental health, being more cranky with my kids)…

What are you going to do about it? Wait, is this post for you or for me? My guess is that it’s for both of us. Okay, this week, I’m committing right now to _______________ (take a long hot bath, go to the gym twice, take time out to read my new book).

Your turn. What are you committed to doing this week to care for yourself? Tell us!

P.S., You don’t have to call it self-care.

Photo Ideas: Candle around a tub, feet on the edge of a tub full of bubbles.

25: Tea For One

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

Tea for two is nice, but sometime’s we need tea for one. And, you’re that one.

Taking time to slow down with a cup of tea and _____________ (breathe deeply, read an inspiring book, watch a Ted talk, pray, meditate) is so life-giving. In my case, I love a cup of ____________ (favorite tea) with _____________ (sugar, honey, sweetener).

There’s something about just ______________ (being present in the moment, taking in the sound of the birds, enjoying the taste of each sip). It makes me feel _________________ (peaceful, joyful, grounded, at ease) and ready to _______________ (approach life differently, get started again, finish what I started).

It’s easy to check out by scrolling through social media or watching a quick video, but what if you poured yourself a cup of tea…for one?

If you’re up for trying it this week, leave your favorite tea in the comments below.

Photo Ideas: Your favorite tea in a cup, holding a tea cup, photo of tea bags.

26: Making A List, Checking It Twice

Category: Product/Service

Making a list and checking it twice isn’t just for Santa! It’s for you and me when we’re serious about getting stuff done in our lives.

I make my to-do list on ________________ (a notepad, a piece of paper, my phone, an app), and I look at it _______________ (once a day, a few times a day, all day long).

Frank Sonnenberg writes, “Checking items off a to-do list doesn’t determine progress; focusing on your priorities is what counts.”

If I don’t know what my vision is for my life or business…
If I don’t know what goals will help me experience my vision…
If I don’t know what action steps will help me reach my goals…
Then, a to-do list is simply giving me the illusion of progress.

If you’re ready to ______________ (your ideal client’s greatest desire), then I’m ready to help you get clear on your vision, goals, and action steps. Once you’re clear about what you want, now you can make a to-do list that will propel you forward.

Reach out to me via ________ (DM, email, call) if you’re ready to move forward with your _____________ (name your industry – health, business, finances, photography, relationship).

Photo Ideas: Your to do list, you at work.

27: Come Sit With Us

Category: Inspirational

Remember walking in to the school cafeteria and looking for a place to sit? Unless you were ALWAYS popular and surrounded by friends, my guess is that you’ve experience some time in your life when you wondered who you were going to sit with.

I remember a time _____________ (share a time when you experienced this awkwardness).

It’s the worst…feeling…ever!

That’s why I make it a point to find people who seem to be on the outskirts of conversations and say, “Hey, come sit with us.” Sure, it takes a bit of ____________ (courage, extra time, intentionality), but imagine what it does for that person.

How does it make you feel when you’re included?

Think about a time when someone invited you ____________ (to sit with them, into a conversation, out to dinner). My guess is you felt _____________ (loved, included, important).

I think we’re quick to assume, “Oh, they don’t want to be bothered” or “They probably want to be alone.” What if we assumed they were looking for connection and relationship? Isn’t that what most everyone wants?

So…I’m telling you right now. You can sit with us! You’re always welcome.

Can I sit with you?

Photo Ideas: Your favorite chair, a group of close friends.

28: Love You, Love You More

Category: Inspirational

We’ve all been around those couples who are so sappy it ____________ (makes you sick, makes you jealous, makes you wonder if their love is real).

“Love you.”
“Love you more.”

Either you’re gagging right about now…or you’re a fan of the Hallmark channel. Which is it?

I’m wondering though…what’s wrong with showing even more affection for our partners, family, and friends? In my family, I grew up with _____________ (lots of I love yous, plenty of affection, not much affirmation), and I can see that it’s impacted me as an adult by _________________ (share the impact).

When we care about someone…what if we told them (in an appropriate way)?
When we appreciate them…what if we shared the reason why?
Wouldn’t our world be a better place?

Let’s try it this week. I’ll go first. I ________________ (appreciate you, love you, care about you), and I want _____________ (the best for you, you to succeed, you to know).

Okay, your turn. Who are you going to affirm or appreciate today?

Photo Ideas: Note of encouragement, handwriting a note.

29: Remembering the Past

Category: Life/Biz Learnings

When you think of the past, what do you remember? The good, bad, or ugly? My guess is that we all remember a little bit of each, but I’m committed to start remembering the good more than anything else.

If I asked you, what’s a good memory you can take a moment to savor today? What comes up for you?

For me, I remember the moment when ________________ (I took a trip with friends, my child was born, my I got my first client). If I sit with that memory for a moment, it brings up feelings of _____________ (warmth, joy, love, peace, nostalgia).

When we remember the good of our past, it actually causes our brains to start looking for good things in the present and in our future. We all want more good things in our life, right?

What’s a good thing you’re longing to experience in your _________ (life, business, relationships, health, finances)? When did you get a taste of that in the past?

Photo Ideas: Photo of you as a child, with your family, or experiencing a favorite memory.

30: Pick My Brain for Free

Category: Product/Service

Photo Ideas: Your lead magnet/freebie, you with a cup of coffee, you working on your computer.

31: National Crayon Day

Category: Holiday – March 31st

Put a crayon in the hands of any adult, and something magical happens. It’s as if these small tubes of colorful wax become a conduit of creativity that brings out the kid in all of us.

What would happen if you started taking notes in a business meeting with a box of crayons? Sure, people may think you’re a little ___________ (crazy, silly, nutty, childish) in the beginning, but I bet they’d __________________ (ask for their favorite color, start talking about their favorite coloring book, give you a big smile).

Maybe a business meeting is a bit much…how about just having a box of crayons on your desk?
